Rain Between Us
From the In-between series

Some people hurry through the rain.

Others allow it to change the world.

The streets grow quieter, the buildings lose their sharpness, and every reflection becomes another possibility. 

The city no longer asks where we are going. 

It simply walks beside us. 

There is comfort in these moments when no destination matters more than the rhythm of our own footsteps.

Rain has a curious way of washing away everything except what truly belongs to us.

Perhaps that is why some journeys are remembered not for where they ended, but for the weather that carried us there.
