Between Snowfall and Thought
From the In-between series
Snow falls thick enough to erase the city’s sharp edges. The familiar becomes abstract, streets blur, walls fade, and the distance ahead feels both endless and intimate.
Walking home, the figure is neither lost nor hurried. Each step presses softly into the present moment, as if the city itself is breathing slower, making room for reflection.
There is cold in the air, but also calm, the kind that arrives when noise finally lets go.
This is a journey through winter, but also through thought, memory, and quiet resilience.
A reminder that sometimes the longest walk is not across the city, but inward – toward warmth, toward rest, toward home.
