Where The City Remembers
From The IN-BETWEEN series
At the crossroads of Ottawa’s ceremonial heart, architecture, remembrance, and everyday life exist side by side. The familiar landmarks dissolve into mist, inviting the viewer to look beyond the physical city toward the invisible layers of memory it carries. Rather than documenting a specific place, this work reflects on the threshold between collective history and personal belonging. In the quiet space between monuments and movement, the city becomes a living archive, one that continues to grow with every generation that calls it home.
